Koruna Business Club: How to Make Customers Happy
On December 12, 2016, the second meetup of Koruna Business Club took place in Prague. This time we decided to shift the focus from the needs of businesses to the needs of customers and dwell upon the topic ‘Make your customers happy: how to organize excellent customer care and support.
The reason for that is we in Neklo believe that prominent businesses are those build around the needs of people, and in order to be successful it is vital to provide a flawless customer experience. To cover all the bases, we invited experts from the companies known for their excellent customer service to speak in front of the Koruna Business Club Members and guests at our second meetup.
To our great pity, some of the Speakers invited had to cancel their taking part due to the circumstances arisen shortly before the event. Still, the presentations given were full of inspiring insights and great tips to follow, and we all enjoyed them to the full.
