The customer requested NEKLO to develop a software solution that would unblock the existing problems in processing, tracking, and fulfillment of clients’ orders.
Precisely, the tasks included:
- Enabling consistency between the customer’s multiple sales channels, including the ecommerce website, mobile app and in-store transactions;
- Automating order validation, payment processing and order confirmation while supporting multiple currencies and various payment methods;
- Providing integrations with third-party shipping carriers and logistics operators;
- Integrating robust reporting and analytics tools.
