Call Loop

The client came to us with an obsolete project that we were requested to revive. A considerable drawback was the absence of the backend as a single whole – all parts of the application performed all backend functions.
We were requested to fulfill the following tasks:

• Perform a complete redesign of the application, essentially building it from scratch and delivering the CallLoop 2.0 version;
• Adopt the service approach in the app’s architecture, making each project’s service responsible for its own domain;
• Assist the users in migrating their profiles and data from CallLoop 1.0 to CallLoop 2.0.

Our team is in the process of redesigning the application and delivering the upgraded CallLoop 2.0 version. We keep the old version functioning for the clients’ convenience until the upgrade completion. 

Other results include:

• Implementation of the HTTP protocol and AWS SQS asynchronous queues to provide interaction between the services;
• Development of a proxy to distribute the incoming messages and calls in Twilio;
• Creation and implementation of marketing-centered features, including SMS-trigger, to help trigger text and voice messages from the users’ apps or software solutions
