Call Loop aims to enhance businesses' communication with their customers by creating a reliable, efficient, and scalable automated text message marketing software. 
Their initial Martech product, Call Loop 1.0, reached its technological deadlock. The outdated technology, the abundance of custom-written code, and the dispersed nature of the backend led to unstable functionality performance and effort-consuming maintenance.

Solutions

We fully reimagined the Call Loop 1.0 solution, revamping it with a modern design, cutting-edge technologies, and a clear, user-friendly interface. Our team has introduced new features that elevate marketing efforts, including multi-channel messaging, seamless integrations, and powerful analytics.

New architecture

We built a new architecture for a SMS marketing software for business, adopting a service-oriented approach. It consists of three services: Config Service, Billing Service, and Lambda layer, each one responsible for its domain. New architecture ensures proper component integration and easier maintenance. The services communicate with each other via HTTP protocol or using asynchronous queues with AWS SQS.

Custom functionality

Within the implementation, we also contributed to enhancements and debugging of Call Loop 1.0 functionality. The added features include: Voice Broadcasts, SMS Messaging, Voicemail Drops, Autoresponders, 3rd party integrations, Analytics and Reporting.

Enhanced usability

We successfully launched Call Loop 2.0, developed from scratch, introduced new features, backend architecture and a modern UI/UX design. The introduction of automatic toll-free number verification via IP resulted in faster, automated client onboarding. These enhancements have significantly improved text message software integration, maintenance, efficiency, and scalability, driving positive business outcomes.

Data migration

Our team migrated 70% of initial user profiles from Call Loop 1.0 to Call Loop 2.0, maintaining their daily business operations. The rest of the users from Call Loop 1.0 are being migrated, with careful attention to secure data transfer and system integrity throughout the process.
